Introduction:

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with many years of professional practice supporting children, adults, and families through challenging life transitions. I have extensive training in conflict resolution and de-escalation, bolstered by the transformative power of empathy as well as evidence-based interventions. I ensure my clients receive trauma-informed care that respects their unique journeys while also achieving pragmatic results. Creating a safe, nurturing environment where authentic self-expression thrives, especially for children, is central to my approach.

My commitment to the collaborative process is deeply personal, stemming from firsthand experience as the young child of divorced parents. I vividly recall the tranquility my siblings and I felt: always heard, unconditionally loved, shielded from conflict, and never used as pawns. I am passionate about helping families navigate challenges with similar grace and resilience.
