After many years of litigating family matters at all levels of the Canadian court system\, He strongly believes that the non-court Collaborative approach can bring significant benefits to the parties and their families. It allows individuals to play a far greater role in their settlement and assists people in building or maintaining lines of communication\, which should benefit the entire family. \nGordon is qualified as a Family Law Mediator. He has been an Instructor with the Professional Legal Training Course for lawyers and lectured with the Law Courts Education Society. He is a founding member of the Vancouver Collaborative Group and has successfully worked with most of the members of our group over the past 20 years\, during which I have been specializing in Collaborative cases.
