Biographical Info

I have been a family law lawyer in BC since 2013, and I have been the owner of Kitsilano Family Law since 2019. I have extensive experience litigating at all levels of court, with a particular emphasis on cases that have an international or extraprovincial focus, including international child abductions, interjurisdictional child and spousal support, and international property division. I realize, however, that for many families court is not the answer, and I endeavour to help my clients resolve matters outside of court as much as possible. I have been a qualified family mediator since 2016 and obtained a cross-border specialization in 2024. I also act as children's counsel with the Children and Youth Legal Centre.
